Successful experiments

with the phantom of female breast

We tested our technology on a phantom of a female breast and plastic inhomogeneities with a physiological mixture imitating cancerous anomaly

We created a prototype for proving the concept and obtained radio imaging of anomalous structures embedded into the breast multi-layered biological media

Radio images fully identified each type of anomalous (heterogeneities) with different dielectric parameters of the corresponding tissue anomalous

Our antennas are consistent with the biological environment, which reduces the power of the probing radiation
Compact and efficient
The small-size antennas allow us to create high density arrays, significantly improving the quality of tumor images
High precision
The bandwidth of the antenna is several octaves, which enables detection of 2 mm tumors (a very early stage of the disease)
